The Federal government has been urged to establish testing centers in each of the local government council areas across the country.


This is one of the prayers to a motion sponsored by the Leader of the house Alhassan Ado-doguwa on the urgent need for the FG to intervene in the recent deaths recorded in Kano State.

Leading the debate the leader who expressed worry over the rising spate of unexplained deaths in Kano state stressed the need for the Federal Government to increase the testing capacity especially in Kano state to enable them ascertain the causes of deaths recorded in the state..

Ado-Doguwa while urging the NCDC to adopt creatively proactive modern approaches in the management of COVID 19 called on the Federal government to provide Kano state with special intervention funds to assist in the fight against the pandemic.

The house also resolved to engage the Presidential Task force on COVID 19 over the strange deaths in Kano state.
